I counsel companies on ways to protect their legal and business interests in the changing landscape of new technologies. By leveraging my experience as a litigator, I can see around corners and anticipate legal risks. I have represented groups of consumers and shareholders that sued tech companies like Zoom, Robinhood, and Slack. My work included analysis of the defendant companies' internal documents and consultations with expert witnesses. This experience enables me to identify legal risks that arise from company operations and product design. My current focus is the many open legal questions raised by recent advances in artificial intelligence.
